Drink Tempranillo and Dance to Mariachi Music Tomorrow at Cinder

Red Wine Tasting

To get everyone psyched up for the 2015 Basque Soccer Friendly—which pits La Liga’s Athletic Club de Bilbao against Liga MX’s Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente on Saturday, July 18—Cinder Wines is hosting a special concert tomorrow, Wednesday, June 24, at its Garden City winery.

Cinder will honor both Basque and Mexican cultures with performances by Amuma Says No and Mariachi Tleyotltzin. In addition to live music and a cash bar, the event will feature food truck fare, including crepes and tacos from Wetos Locos.

Cinder will also debut its limited edition Basque Soccer Friendly Tempranillo at the concert. Only 50 cases are available and a portion of proceeds from each bottle sold will go to the Basque Studies Foundation.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the music starts at 7:30 p.m. at 107 E. 44th St. Tickets cost $20 per person and proceeds from each ticket will benefit the Basque Soccer Friendly.
